There will be sustainable fish dishes, plant-based alternatives to animal products, plastic-free packaging, supply chain software and much more to see and taste.

The foodlab in HafenCity has already proven itself many times over as an accelerator, coworking space and event location for food startups. Consequently, it is also offering a varied program as part of the Open Mouth Festival from September 14 to 17, which you can get an overview of here. Particularly noteworthy is the Expert Talk on September 15 with the topic "Can startups save the world?" Starting at 4 p.m., the focus will be on sustainability and the question of what impact products from the startup scene have compared to those of the big players.
