Startup City Hamburg at OMR Festival 2023
More than 70,000 people visited this year’s Online Marketing Rockstars festival in search of inspiration, networking opportunities and new customers. The OMR Festival is a major international event for the digital economy and Startup City Hamburg was prominently featured there with a booth that offered twelve startups each from Hamburg and Ukraine the opportunity to present themselves.
Startup City Hamburg was launched in June 2022 during the Hamburg Innovation Summit (HHIS). The platform serves as a digital, single point of contact for Hamburg's startup ecosystem and raises the city’s visibility as a center of startups nationally and on a global scale. Startup City Hamburg offers a comprehensive overview of all the startups, funding programmes and the various networking opportunities offered by the city. The platform is the result of a joint initiative by the Ministry of Economics and Innovation, Hamburg Innovation GmbH, HIW Hamburg Invest Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft mbH, Hamburg Marketing GmbH and the Institute for Innovation and Technology (iit). The agencies State of Glow and Dealroom have technically engineered Startup City Hamburg.
