Warrants

Warrants give lenders the right to acquire company shares at a fixed price and in a certain period. Warrants are a key differentiator between venture debt providers and traditional banks and enable companies to obtain more attractive lending terms.

Working Capital

Working capital is an important financial indicator that represents the difference between a company's current assets and current liabilities. It is a key measure of a company's short-term financial health and liquidity.

Calculation: Working capital = current assets - current liabilities.
