IFB Innovationsstarter GmbH included two startups in its funding programs in November 2024. PLANNINGIO facilitates the planning of production processes for industrial companies with its software, while TeamEntfalter strengthens the work performance and cohesion of teams in companies.
PLANNINGIO
The term process industry refers to the sectors in which raw materials are processed. Examples include the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. The production processes there are often complex and require careful planning. The startup PLANNINGIO, which is funded by the InnoRampUp programme, offers a digitalised and automated solution for this. PLANNINGIO develops a digital twin of a production system as a mathematical model. This approach guarantees the provision of feasible production plans, taking into account all specifications and restrictions. This leads to an increase in planning reliability while at the same time reducing effort and costs. Demand is particularly high in industries that process liquids and previously had no suitable software solution. PLANNINGIO is a spin-off of the University of Hamburg and has already been awarded the startup prize for digital innovations by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection in 2023.
TeamEntfalter
Anne Emmelmann and Constanze Mahn have received funding from the InnoFounder program for their startup TeamEntfalter. The founders have expertise in project management, marketing communication, psychological counseling and agile methods. They use this to help companies optimise team dynamics and develop employees in a targeted manner in order to increase job satisfaction. They adapt their approaches to the specific needs of each company. In a program lasting several months, deficits are first identified, then development plans are drawn up and implemented and finally anchored in everyday working life in the long term.
