Startup City Hamburg will present these 12 startups at the OMR Festival
Startup City Hamburg will feature on OMR Festival on May 9 and 10 with its own booth. In the past weeks, startups from Hamburg were also able to apply to be part of the event. Many took part, 12 of them qualified for the big festival. We present them in this article in fast forward.
Artificial intelligence and creativity
Artificial intelligence (AI) plays a key role in most of the startups that qualified for the OMR Festival. In order to be able to program it effectively, capable specialists are needed. AdaLab has several creative programs on offer, for example for producing music videos or artistic posters. AdaLab started with applications for the medical field. Beyond Emotion is still active there. This startup enables privacy-compliant emotion recognition, which is primarily used in the support of people in need of nursing care.
Software solutions for companies
The digitization of companies has many facets. Unidy helps to bundle data from different sources. nuvo solves a similar problem with its data import software. And Midesk improves the chances of successful competitor & market monitoring with its platform. ai-omatic, in turn, uses AI to predict and thus prevent machine damage in industrial production.
Finally, two fintechs will fly the Hamburg flag at the OMR Festival. Fintico is developing a digital tool that makes lending easy when shopping online. And FOMA manages corporate receivables with its software solution.
