Startup City Hamburg is a bilingual platform that brings together people interested in startups and founders with companies, investors, organisations and actors from science and business. The site provides an overview of Hamburg's startup ecosystem and its diverse funding and advisory services. Startups in every phase and those interested in founding will find helpful support programmes, an overview of coworking spaces and hubs as well as exciting news, events and inspiring stories. In addition, the platform has a job exchange where startups can post their job offers and find suitable talent.
On behalf of the Ministry of Economics and Innovation (BWI), Hamburg Invest, together with Hamburg Innovation and Hamburg Marketing, launched the Startup City Hamburg platform in summer 2022.
