Hamburg-based startups in the top two places at OMR Reviews
An evaluation portal for business software - that's OMR Reviews. For the third time, an annual ranking of the 100 best rated offerings has now been published. With a pleasing result: with awork and neuroflash, two startups from Hamburg are in the top two places.
OMR is best known for its festival, which takes place annually in Hamburg and attracted over 60,000 visitors from all over the world in 2024. The service of the company, which specialises in digital marketing, also includes OMR Reviews, where software users can submit ratings ranging from one to five stars, like for restaurants or hotels, for example. In addition, one to ten points could be awarded in four categories. Several tens of thousands of votes were evaluated for the 2024 ranking. The rankings were determined by combining the average score, the distribution of points and the number of votes submitted.
awork performs best
First place went to awork, which came in fifth place last year. According to the OMR Review, “awork is the ideal work management tool for agencies and service providers who need more than just a database. It offers all functions for successful project work: project management, resource planning, time recording and free collaboration with external parties. awork is GDPR-compliant, developed in Hamburg and hosted on ISO 27001-certified Microsoft servers in Germany. neuroflash is the most popular AI application
In 2023, neuroflash had secured the top position, and in 2024 it was still enough for the silver medal. The verdict: “neuroflash is the leading content generation software for marketing teams in the DACH region. With the help of neuroflash, you can automatically create on-brand marketing in the form of texts and images using AI and thus communicate more concisely and relevantly for target groups. In addition, neuroflash has a specially developed tool for predicting the performance of texts (what the target group thinks and feels) to simplify the lives of all marketers.”
