Our goal is to act as an interface and bridge to innovatively address central aspects of social participation and thus make a positive contribution to Hamburg's changing urban society in the medium and long term:

Potential lies dormant in people, in encounters, in synergies between them - making these visible and linking them together is our vision.

To this end, we support people with and without a refugee or migrant background in various programs to realize their ideas, goals and needs by founding their own company or a project and we open up spaces for encounters and exchange.
