Aidocr
Building Information Modelling (BIM) is the technical term for the networked planning, construction and management of buildings using software. Numerous very different data sources are used to accomplish this task, from floor plans on paper to digital data on energy or water consumption. With the help of artificial intelligence, Aidocr brings all this information together, making it easier to use. This is even possible via voice command, so users can virtually talk to the buildings they are planning, constructing or managing.
BrickUp
Many existing properties are slowly aging and urgently need to be renovated. This is especially true when a house is to be sold and would only fetch an unsatisfactory price in its current condition. However, renovation involves considerable effort, especially since several tradesmen have to be hired. This is where the startup BrickUp comes in, taking care of the entire organisation. The platform is aimed at a range of target groups, including tradespeople, real estate agents, and private buyers and sellers.
mvn.energy
mvn.energy also deals with renovation, but with a focus on the energy sector. The startup creates renovation roadmaps for real estate and energy performance certificates and helps customers take advantage of funding opportunities. Consulting is provided individually and on site, made possible by a nationwide network of experts. mvn.energy does not carry out the renovation itself but accompanies the process if required. The company is a spin-off of the real estate startup moovin, which was founded in 2015, and therefore already has some industry experience.
