These startups were funded by IFB in October 2024
In October 2024, IFB Innovationsstarter GmbH once again accepted four startups from Hamburg into its funding programs. CEBRA Talent and isociety label are two new InnoImpact teams, while DI Code and VisioPlan are now part of the InnoFounder family.
CEBRA Talent
CEBRA Talent has set itself the goal of transforming young talents in companies into impact intrapreneurs and thus driving forward a regenerative economy. To this end, founders Livia Martins and Marielen Winter have developed an on-the-job training program tailored to the respective company. Young talents can thus make a significant contribution to the transformation of current business models and to solving social problems.
isociety label
The term “isociety” stands for “inclusive society” and defines the program of the startup isociety label. And the fashion label's logo is also a statement. It combines a depiction of the genetic constellation for trisomy 21 with a smiling mouth. This is intended to symbolise that being happy does not depend on any kind of norm, but on acceptance by society. One of founder Sarah Manteufel's daughters was born with Down syndrome caused by trisomy 21. Edda, another daughter, acts as co-founder. Together, they want to ensure more inclusion for people with disabilities with their fashion items and through educational work.
DI Code
DI Code offers a digital platform for measuring and benchmarking inclusive leadership behavior. The startup combines behavioral science and data science to create more productive workplaces. The founding trio, consisting of Preeti Malkani, Robert Todd and Sonja Lutz, supports companies in establishing an inclusive corporate culture by analysing real-time data and video-based assessments of behavioral patterns in the workplace. DI Code provides concrete recommendations for action, enables comparative analyses and supplies scorecards for ESG reporting, among other things.
VisioPlan
VisioPlan Solutions GmbH wants to change the way manufacturers of model homes present their designs. VR software enables customers to immerse themselves in a fully interactive digital model home park that can be accessed from any sales location. This allows potential buyers to explore an entire neighborhood using VR goggles, enter the homes and experience every detail as if they were there themselves. All that has to be done is to upload a floor plan, which is then used to create the 3D model.
