Startup-Unit Hamburg supports participation
EXPO REAL is one of the most important international trade fairs for real estate and investment in Europe. It has been held annually since 1998 at the beginning of October at the Messe München exhibition centre by Messe München GmbH. The industry-specific business platform enables orientation as well as sounding out the market. This year, Hamburg Invest's Startup Unit is once again offering three Hamburg-based PropTechs the opportunity to present themselves together at the Hamburg stand from 4 to 6 October 2022 and expand their supra-regional network.
The Hamburg PropTechs travelling to EXPO REAL in Munich with the support of Startup-Unit Hamburg are the companies DiConneX; Modoplus and ViertelCheck GmbH. PropTechs are companies that deal with technology-based solutions for the optimisation and digitalisation of processes in the real estate industry.
DiConneX
As a solution provider for digitalisation, DiConneX offers visual transparency of buildings and facilities. The Hamburg-based startup is an expert in the digitalisation of buildings and in the creation and implementation of digital twins as a new generation of intelligent 3D models.
Modoplus
The business model of Modoplus is based on valid and up-to-date data sets and official geodata, which are interpreted by an AI and processed in the form of 2D maps and 3D models. The aim is to provide real estate agents, project developers, architects, cities and municipalities with a digital tool that shows building potential and makes it usable in the shortest possible time and without much effort. The beta version has been available free of charge in Hamburg since February 2022.
ViertelCheck
The startup ViertelCheck analyses the location of every neighbourhood in Germany using hundreds of different data sources. All relevant factors for buying or selling real estate are considered, visually prepared and objectively evaluated. This includes demographic data, infrastructure and local supply, but also noise, crime and many more.
