EXPO REAL in Munich is Europe's largest trade fair for real estate and investment and covers the entire value chain of the real estate industry. For the sixth time, Hamburg proptech startups have the opportunity to present themselves together with Hamburg Invest at a joint stand of the Hanseatic City from 6 to 8 October.
What you can expect at EXPO REAL
At over 600 square meters and with more than 50 co-exhibiting companies, it is one of the largest stands at EXPO REAL and a fixed meeting point for the sector. Last year, around 40,000 company representatives from 75 countries took part. A maximum of two proptech start-ups will be selected from all applications received and will be given the opportunity to make valuable contacts at the event.
With an own contribution of 1,200 euros plus VAT, the offer includes the following:
Official stand partnership
Use of a meeting table. This table is shared with the other participating startup.
Company logo in several places on the joint Hamburg stand and in the digital exhibitor portal.
Presentation of your company on our website for EXPO REAL.
All-day free catering at the stand for you and your guests.
Participation in the stand events including catering for you and your guests.
Possibility to display brochures. The setting up of roll-ups, stands or similar is not permitted.
Use of meeting facilities subject to availability.
Back office and information counter at the stand: acceptance and forwarding of inquiries to your company.
Transportation of your material to Munich and back (subject to availability).
Discounted admission tickets as a co-exhibitor.
Trade fair ticket, travel, accommodation and meals outside the trade fair are not included in the above offer and must be organised by the participant.
The PropTech startup is based in Hamburg (commercial register entry serves as proof).
Age of the startup maximum 10 years (deadline 31 May 2025)
Meaningful proof of a strong product-market fit of the own product, which must have a clear connection to the main topics of EXPO Real "Only exhibitors who can be assigned to at least one of the exhibition areas listed here and whose offer corresponds to at least one of the nomenclature points listed in these exhibition areas can be admitted to EXPO REAL."
Presentation of a justified entrepreneurial interest in participating in Expo Real 2025
