Startup-Champs is a pitch competition in which young companies from all over Germany can apply with their product. The startup strongholds Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne and Munich have joined forces for this purpose. Berlin Partner, Hamburg Invest, Köln Business, Munich Startup and Werk1 have been organizing Startup-Champs since 2020. After the first two competitions were held as online events due to corona, the final in Munich in 2023 is the second live event after last year's staging in Hamburg. Each year, the competition has a different focus topic; in 2023, it's all about digital health. With the joint event format, the four cities want to make the importance of startups and technological progress understandable and visible.
