Returns represent a significant financial and environmental problem for e-commerce. In German fashion e-commerce alone, more than half of all orders are returned to the online store, causing approximately 700g of CO2 emissions and up to 20 Euros in costs per return. To sustainably solve this issue, toern has developed a SaaS solution that enables online stores to directly forward returns to the next customer. As a result, online stores can save relevant resources such as packaging materials, as well as reduce transportation routes and costs.
