shop-a-room is an online 3D room planner featuring tens of thousands of real, available products (furniture, decorations, etc.) from hundreds of brands, all of which can be ordered directly within the planner. Customers include, for example, interior architects and designers, hotel chains, commercial short-term rental providers (e.g. Airbnb hosts), as well as any private individual looking to furnish a room. We are analyzing various business models: a service fee for occasional users with each purchase, a monthly subscription for regular users (e.g., interior architects), and a percentage commission paid by furniture sellers for each product sold through our platform.
