What you can expect at Female Entrepreneurship Week 2025
Female Entrepreneurship Week will take place again in Hamburg from 17 to 21 November 2025. Organised by the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW), the week-long event will offer inspiration and information for female entrepreneurs and women interested in starting their own business under the motto ‘Inspire. Empower. Connect.’
A varied programme for female entrepreneurs of today and tomorrow
A total of twelve events is on the agenda for Female Entrepreneurship Week, one of which will be held online and the other eleven at ten different locations in Hamburg. Participation is free of charge everywhere, but registration is required for each format individually. The corresponding registration forms are linked on the respective event pages. The offerings range from workshops to a conference on the three themes of ‘Equality – Career – Life’ to several networking events. At the FEMALE MAKER CLUB:circular futures, even physical products can be developed.
Female Entrepreneurship Week 2025 begins on 17 November, but the official kick-off event, called WEEK UP!, will take place on 18 November. At Forum Finkenau, Senator for Science Maryam Blumenthal will give the welcoming address, and among others, founders Jacqueline De Lora (SURFACtoBioTech) and Dr Julia Freudenberg (Hacker School) will talk about their experiences. Drinks and snacks will be served, providing ample opportunity to network and exchange ideas.
