November isn't exactly the month with the best reputation, as it's known for bad weather and low spirits. But that's definitely not the case for Hamburg's startup scene, where numerous events provide excellent opportunities for networking and learning about the latest tech trends. Here's an overview of the most important events.

The first week of November is a busy one

To attend all the events in the 45th calendar week, you'll need at least one clone. On 4 November, you can combine the online workshop AI and confidentiality protection in the morning with the Start2 Connect Night Deep Tech Edition in the evening. On 5 November, you'll have to make a choice: music lovers can attend the Music WorX Public Pitch, fans of virtual worlds can go to the two-day nextReality.festival, and the international community can meet up at the Hamburg Global Innovators Circle Meetup. On 6 November, DeepTech Connect brings together life science startups with investors and other interested parties. Hub Day will take place at the Digital Hub Logistics & Commerce on the same day, but participation is by invitation only. And from 7 to 9 November, young talents can try their hand at the Gen Z Start-up Weekend.

A week for female founders and a final with AI

The programme for the 46th calendar week is somewhat more manageable. The most eventful day is 11 November, with Meet the Mentor at the Chamber of Commerce, the online workshop EU funding at a glance and Aviation Start-up Night. On 12 November, it will be about the Future of Work at the Museum der Arbeit, and on 14 November, you can celebrate DevFest Hamburg. The 47th calendar week will then be dominated by Female Entrepreneurship Week from 17 to 21 November, which we have already reported on separately here. Not connected with this, new startups will be presenting themselves again at LaborX on 19 November. The Zebra Investment Night will take place that evening as well, but this event is also by invitation only.

Saturday is not a typical day for startup events, so the Harbour Founder Summit on 22 November has no competition. On 26 and 27 November, the YES Workshop invites you to incorporate scientific findings into startup ideas. On 27 November, there's no getting around the topic of artificial intelligence. First, the all-day AI Media Leaders conference will celebrate its premiere, followed by the last AI.STARTUP.HUB pitch for the time being in the evening.
