Will AI agents revolutionise the job market? At least more and more startups bet on software that performs routine and already also more complex tasks that were previously handled by humans. With AgentReady, 913.ai and Scaile, we present three of them.

AgentReady

At AgentReady, the name says it all. The startup wants to help companies make their online shops fit for transactions controlled by AI agents.  The solution includes seamless discoverability and compatibility with leading large language models, AI-powered shopping and service assistants on mobile and desktop platforms. AgentReady was founded in 2025 and emphasises on being European in its self-description, hoping for a stronger role for Europe in the development and use of artificial intelligence.

913.ai

The insurance industry is one of the sectors that involves a lot of paperwork and huge amounts of data processing. Most of this is time-consuming and error-prone routine work. The startup 913.ai promises that AI agents can take over these processes and never get tired. The tasks include claims processing, documentation, communication and contract work. This allows growth to be achieved without hiring new staff, while existing employees can concentrate on strategic and creative tasks.

Scaile

Scaile helps companies with market launches, focusing on sales in hyper-niches with very specifically defined target groups. Three types of AI agents are used. One ensures that a website receives enough traffic. The next is responsible for conversion, the step from simply visiting the website to a desired transaction. Agent number three then processes this transaction and provides data to further improve the sales process.
