There was no summer slump at IFB Innovationsstarter GmbH – quite the contrary. In August 2025, six new startups were accepted into the support programmes: Hyground, Qodia, Scaile, amuna, Bridget and Gestaltungszentrale Politik.

Hyground

The first new addition to the InnoFounder programme is Hyground. The startup has set itself the goal of resolving IT malfunctions before they become real problems. To do this, it uses an AI agent that automates the time-consuming process of  incidentanalysis. This allows solutions to be found more quickly and downtime to be reduced by up to 70%. Hyground is a spin-off of the established IT company MaibornWolff and can therefore draw on a wealth of experience.

Qodia

A number of startups have set themselves the task of relieving doctors of their administrative work, thereby giving them more time for their patients. One of these is Qodia, which is also supported by InnoFounder. Qodia specialises in billing for medical services and automates processes ranging from the evaluation of medical records to invoice verification. In addition, a software checks compliance with the fee schedule and identifies potential for optimisation.

Scaile

Scaile is adding to the InnoFinTech programme. This startup automates online sales processes and enables companies to implement scalable sales strategies within a very short time. With real-time market validation, automatic lead qualification and intelligent process automation, each supported by artificial intelligence, Scaile has already won over twelve customers – from startups to listed medium-sized companies.

Women's health without borders: this is Bridget's goal. With modern technology, medical expertise and a global community for promoting pelvic floor health, the startup aims to create a safe space where women can regain their strength. The vision: women's health should not be a luxury. Every woman should have access to effective help, regardless of where she lives or her income.

Gestaltungszentrale Politik

The Gestaltungszentrale Politik (Policy Design Centre) is committed to making politics understandable and strengthening broader social participation in political processes. With its first product, the ‘Gestaltungsatlas Politik’ (Policy Design Atlas), the team provides detailed insight into political legislative processes and shows where and how participation is possible. It is a tool for everyone who not only wants to understand democracy but also wants to actively shape it.
