24 applications from startups in total, five innovative business ideas in the finals and, with ForestGum, a worthy winner that also made it into "Die Höhle der Löwen" (German version of “Shark Tank”) shortly thereafter - that was the result of the last MarkenSlam in 2019. After a two-year break, the Marketing Club Hamburg (MCHH) is continuing the success story of the competition to promote young marketing and business concepts. The application phase runs until September 27.

On October 27, the 5th MarkenSlam of the MCHH will take place in Hamburg's Mindspace at Rödingsmarkt. Together with long-time cooperation partner WallDecaux, Marketing Club Hamburg 2022 is once again looking for the best new startup and business idea. At the finale, the startups will compete live in a short pitch and the audience will decide on the most convincing idea and presentation.

The winning team can look forward to a free campaign worth a high five figures at DigitalCityNet in Hamburg. A motif created by the Häppy brand agency will be used on digital screens. In addition, the winning startup will receive follow-up coverage and a company presentation in the trade journal absatzwirtschaft. Finally, all finalists will obtain a free one-year membership in the Marketing Club Hamburg.

In order to apply, Startups can send a meaningful short presentation of the own establishment and marketing idea as pdf document to the office (service@marketingclubhh.org) of the MCHH up to 27 September. All innovative companies whose founding date is not before January 01, 2019 are eligible to participate. In addition, they should already be able to show initial sales and not be a spin-off of an established company or a new development of an already well-known brand. You can find more information about the competition here.
