See these 10 startups at the Female StartAperitivo semifinal
Before the final of the nationwide Female StartAperitivo startup competition takes place on July 6, the semifinal for Hamburg is scheduled for June 14 at the coworking space eeden. Ten startups with at least one woman in a leading position have qualified for this. We present them briefly here.
Boomerang, Everchange and Goyaa
The female founders each have three minutes for their pitch. In the end, the audience and a ten-member jury will decide. The startups will compete in alphabetical order. Boomerang, represented by Katharina Kreuzer, will kick things off. Boomerang has developed a reusable system for shipping packaging and has already won several online stores as customers. Everchange by Dr. med Devi Menan can also boast initial success. The digital health platform offers courses that are paid for by health insurers. And yet another success story: Goyaa has just received funding from IFB Innovationsstarter GmbH for a web application that simplifies digitization processes in the legal industry. Heike Rehm, one of the founders, will pitch.
I AM OFF, Mom Hunting, mone finance and NutriRise
Not yet online is I AM OFF by Jasmin Wollesen. It offers a unified out-of-office notification for all channels. Nadine Schneider, one of the two founders of Mom Hunting, presents her talent platform for career-conscious mothers, where companies have to vie for candidates. With mone finance, Selina Haupt offers knowledge services in financial matters for women that help them to close the gender pay gap. Next up is Dr. Sung-Min Pyo taking care of healthy nutrition. With NutriRise, she provides customized nutritional supplements.
onbooks, TimeTeller and Womatics
Simone Becher presents onbooks, a next-generation book club, with recommendations from well-known personalities, a reading-friendly community and some more. Prof. Dr. Angela Relógio is an expert on circadian rhythms that shape daily routines. She explains how she wants to use this knowledge for better health with her startup TimeTeller. The final pitch belongs to Thea Broszio, who has already made it into "Die Höhle der Löwen" with Womatics. She offers products for expectant and nursing mothers.
Anyone who would like to watch these ten pitches and has not yet registered is out of luck: The organizer, the Hamburg Investors Network, has declared the event sold out. However, tickets are still available for the grand finale on July 6!
