Future Hamburg Award 2023: Pioneering international startups wanted
The global application phase of the Future Hamburg Award 2023 for startups in the fields of logistics, mobility and green tech has started. Young companies can apply at www.future.hamburg/award until July 9, 2023. The three winners will be announced in Hamburg on October 5, 2023. The Future Hamburg Award competition is being held for the third time this year.
This is how the Future Hamburg Award 2023 works
The Future Hamburg Award honors forward-looking startups whose business model and work have an impact on sustainability and quality of life and which contribute to improving city life in the areas of green tech, mobility and logistics. After all, metropolises globally - from the climate crisis to housing, traffic and population density - face similar challenges.
A jury of leading experts in the fields of change management, mobility, logistics, green tech, and innovation will evaluate the submissions of the participants and determine the winning startups. The competition is open to international and national startups that have been on the market for at least two and a maximum of four years with a digital and sustainable business model.
The first-place winners will be invited to a one-month international accelerator program at the headquarters of Plug and Play in Silicon Valley. The winners of the second prize will receive mentorship from an experienced and established team of experts on technology innovation. Third prize winners will get a customized corporate readiness workshop with Plug and Play. All winners will also be offered in-depth pitch training to stay fit in the startup world.
The award winners will be announced and honored at a ceremonial event during the international Plug and Play Expo on October 5. The ceremony at the Factory Hammerbrooklyn in Hamburg will be broadcast live on YouTube.
