Sales Manager (w/m/d)

We have taken on the task of making returns management in e-commerce sustainable and innovative. Our innovative solution enables online shops to efficiently and directly forward returns to the nearest customer, thus saving significant amounts of CO2 emissions and costs.

To further expand our market position, we are seeking a Sales Manager to take on a central role in building our company.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle: from acquisition, lead qualification, online demos to contract signing, and customer onboarding.

  • Building strong business relationships with our customers and addressing their needs.

  • Defining and optimizing our sales processes and maintaining all activities in our CRM (HubSpot).

  • Understanding which numbers and data in sales represent your success and providing relevant customer feedback directly to our product and marketing teams to make adjustments to the product.

  • Actively representing toern as an ambassador at trade shows and events, enjoying networking, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in software sales, business development, account management, or similar roles, preferably in a startup environment.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both German and English.

  • You are not afraid to approach decision-makers and can assess and address their needs.

  • You enjoy working independently and results-oriented and are proactive in implementing new ideas.

  • You are accustomed to working in a digital, fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing ideas and shaping outcomes within a motivated team.

  • Additional preferred qualification: You have a background in e-commerce and bring expertise from the fashion industry.
