To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a Personnel Manager for our Hamburg location.

Your role in our team

  • You have HR responsibility for your team of around 30-40 external employees and are their first point of contact for all concerns

  • You coordinate staff deployment planning, taking into account the availability, skills and preferences of our employees

  • You build long-term partnerships with medical and care facilities and are the contact person for our customers

  • You create the "perfect match" between your employees and the medical and care facilities

  • You represent our company, e.g. at trade fairs and events

Your profile

  • You have a commercial education - a degree is an advantage

  • As an organizational talent, you keep a cool head in stressful situations and enjoy working with digital tools

  • You work in a structured manner to maintain an overview and are customer-oriented

  • You are open, empathetic and communicative

  • You are fit in collective bargaining and labor law topics or are interested in further training here

  • You speak German at native speaker level, knowledge of English is an advantage

  • Ideally, you already have experience in personnel planning and have already worked with a scheduling tool such as InSitu

  • Experience with Google Workspace is an advantage
