toern is a data-driven B2B SaaS solution for e-commerce, automating returns and exchange processes while enabling data-backed decisions through AI-powered analytics.
Full Stack Development: You’ll build new features in both the frontend (React) and backend (Node.js/AWS) – from idea to rollout.
Close Collaboration: Work directly with the founder and dev team, actively shaping architecture, product, and internal processes.
System Ownership: You identify bugs, track down root causes, and fix them properly – no quick fixes, but sustainable solutions.
Cloud Infrastructure: Together with the founder, you’ll manage our AWS-based infrastructure (Lambda, Step Functions, RDS).
Hands-on & Versatile: You’ll jump in wherever needed – whether it’s onboarding new customers, performance tuning, or feature development.
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
2+ years of experience in software development and building/operating web-based software solutions.
Comfortable with Node.js, React, relational databases, and distributed systems (AWS or similar).
You want to build, not just maintain – you love creating from scratch and taking ownership.
You work independently, think ahead, and actively look for pragmatic solutions – even when requirements are unclear or evolving.
Strong communicator and team player – unafraid to speak up and take responsibility.
Nice to have: Experience in e-commerce, B2B SaaS, returns/logistics, Postgres, or dynamic infra setups.
Ownership from Day 1: Work directly with the founding team and take real responsibility.
