Event Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Event Manager to start as soon as possible.

As an Event Manager, you are the first point of contact when it comes to internal and external events. Whether external workshops, shoots, press days, Christmas parties, summer parties, product presentations or internal events such as markets, aperitifs or trade fairs - you enjoy a wide range of events and working with people. To do this, you will independently prepare offers, follow up, clarify details with interested parties and customers, plan, coordinate and pass on information to the relevant people in the team and service providers in a timely manner in order to keep everyone involved in the loop. In this position, no two days are the same and you see this as a challenge that needs to be mastered.

You conduct independent tours of the hotel, are responsible for the appearance of our areas such as the restaurant and the studio, work independently and conscientiously. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, have an overview, work in a structured, process- and results-oriented manner and have an eye for detail. You work in an agile manner, easily keep 20 balls in the air at the same time and know how to provide people with briefings and deploy them in the right places.

You are keen to expand existing structures and processes, develop yourself and your environment and want to establish the foodlab as an important and permanent part of the team.

Your tasks in detail:

  • First point of contact for all event inquiries

  • Follow up on open offers

  • Calculation & creation of offers

  • Coordination & control of the various service providers & trades

  • Billing monitoring

  • Customer care, pre- & after sales

  • Coordination with the team

  • Monitoring the area

  • Planning, development, coordination and supervision of foodlab events (PR & influencer events, aperitivo events, food festivals, markets, trade fairs, etc.)

You should have:

  • Experience in dealing with people, ideally in the event sector

  • Experience in project management

  • Desire for communication & new people

  • Confident in Teams, Excel, Word, Power Point, Slack, etc.

  • Understanding of business administration

  • Willingness to take responsibility & empathy

  • Host mentality & personable demeanor
