Intern Business Development (w/m/d)

Our aim is to revolutionize returns management and make it more sustainable. With our solution, we enable online shops to directly redirect suitable returns to the nearest customer, thus saving significant amounts of CO2 emissions and costs.

As a Founders Associate, you are a crucial part of our company's establishment and work directly with the founding team to turn our vision into reality. Your daily work is diverse and characterized by initiative, as you support us in daily business activities including product development, marketing, and next financial steps.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the founding team on strategic and operational matters.

• Independently execute projects related to product development and partnership acquisition.

• Prepare meetings, presentations, and analyses for customer acquisition and product optimization.

• Assist the founding team in investor relations and sales.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in studies and available for a full-time mandatory internship (3-6 months).

• Passionate about working in an early-stage startup and ready to be hands-on.

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

• Enjoy analytical projects and demonstrate high levels of initiative.

• Fluent in German, good English skills are a plus.

• Additional desirable qualifications: experience in e-commerce or startup environments.
