As a pioneer at the interface of biotechnology and food technology, BLUU Seafood aims to produce high-quality and sustainable fish products from cell cultures. These are characterised by a high nutritional value and a first-class flavour profile. The company's aim is to produce fish sustainably and cost-effectively, thereby helping to secure the future supply of animal protein for humanity. Bluu was founded in 2020 by Dr Sebastian Rakers and Simon Fabich and is based in Hamburg.
