Four days with four main topics

Each day will be dedicated to a specific focus area in order to shed light on the various facets of the attention economy. Speakers include Franziska Spiess (Jung von Matt), Arist von Harpe (Hamburger Morgenpost), Griselda Welsing (Pinterest), Michéle Rothenberg (Carlsen), Markus Kempf-Tschirko (pilot), Sara Urbainczyk (Echte Mamas), Sarah Kübler (HitchOn and AlwaysOn) and many more. There will be an exclusive masterclass every day for a ticket price of 49 euros, while the rest of the programme of impulses, panels and exchange formats is free of charge.

And these are the main topics of the individual event days:

  • Monday, 24 June: Leadership. Participation is by invitation only.

  • Tuesday, 25 June: Business. The topic of the masterclass is ‘Media meets Creator Economy: What business strategies media companies can learn from the stars of the social media scene.’

  • Wednesday, 26 June: Community. Today's masterclass is entitled ‘Community Building: Build fans, not followers’

  • Thursday, 27 June: Shift. The topic of the masterclass has not yet been decided, but it is aimed at anyone who is or wants to be active in the attention economy and wants to change it for the better.

The event is organised by nextMedia.Hamburg and Hamburg Kreativgesellschaft. You can find all further details about the programme of the theme festival here. Tickets for the masterclasses and free day tickets for the other events are available here.
