Hamburg-based startup MUVN, which has developed a new business model for logistics with a ride-sharing service for objects, has completed a pre-seed financing round. It is receiving a seven-figure sum from Baltic Business Angels, Daniel Beutler and Benjamin Otto, among others.
MUVN breaks new ground in transport
The startup was founded in 2024. Its CEO is Katharina Kreutzer, who was also involved in the founding of Boomerang before. Since its official launch in April 2025, the MUVN app has already been downloaded more than 23,000 times. It can be used to organise private transport. Customers are people who want to transport items from A to B and people who are travelling that route in their car. The MUVN platform brings the two together, closing a gap left open by professional logistics companies because the effort is not worthwhile for them or the costs are too high.
MUVN has already entered into several promising partnerships, for example with car rental companies Hertz, Movacar and Arndt Mobility. The fresh capital will be used to establish further partnerships, expand the product and team, and intensify marketing efforts. MUVN's goal is to become the leading platform for shared transport capacity in Europe.
