Hamburg Invest enables three proptech startups to participate in EXPO REAL
The international trade fair EXPO REAL is an absolute must-attend event for the real estate industry, making it an ideal springboard for startups looking to succeed there. For the event from October 4 to 6, 2022 in Munich, Hamburg Invest has three places to give away at a joint stand. Here you can find out how to take part and what you will get.
In 2021, more than 19,000 participants from 52 countries came to EXPO REAL and were able to visit almost 1,200 exhibitors. It would be difficult for a single startup to stand out in such a supply. It is easier to do so at a large community stand, such as the one organised by the city of Hamburg. Hamburg Invest's Startup Unit offers three proptechs the opportunity to present themselves there and make valuable contacts. The offer includes the following:
Official stand partnership (exhibitor) with Hamburg Invest.
Company logo in several places on the Hamburg joint stand and in the digital trade fair magazine "StandOrt", presentation as logo partnership.
Representation of the company on the Hamburg website for EXPO REAL.
All-day free catering at the stand for you and your guests.
Possibility to display brochures.
Use of a meeting room subject to availability.
Back office and information counter at the stand: receipt and forwarding of inquiries to your company.
Transport of your material to Munich and back (subject to availability).
Discounted tickets as co-exhibitor.
Exhibition tickets, travel, accommodation and catering outside the stand catering are not included in the above offer and must be organised by the participants.
To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
Business model in the proptech sector that contributes to the digital development of the real estate industry (knowledge- or technology-oriented business model).
Company headquarters in Hamburg or the Hamburg metropolitan region.
Age of the startup maximum 10 years.
Proof of a strong product-market fit of the product.
For the application, write in a short text of no more than 600 characters to startup-unit@hamburg-invest.com why your startup in particular should participate in the fair and describe the content and maturity of the business model as well as its scalability.
The application deadline is Sunday, July 10. Three participants will be selected from the timely applications. The evaluation will be based on the following criteria: Content and maturity of the business model as well as scalability. The selected startups will be notified by email no later than Wednesday, July 13. The final review of whether a startup will be admitted to EXPO REAL is in the hands of Messe München.
