fobizz and to teach both focus on AI
As a result of the takeover, to reach will become a subsidiary of fobizz, respectively 101 skills GmbH, as the company is officially named. The founders of to teach, Felix Weiß and Marius Lindenmeier, will remain managing directors. Under the leadership of Dr. Diana Knodel (CEO) and Frederik Dietz (CTO), the startup fobizz, which was founded in 2018, has developed into the leading German-language platform for the digital training of teachers. It has already reached over 6,000 schools and almost 400,000 educators. to teach has been in existence since 2022 and offers support in lesson planning and the creation of teaching materials. The service has an international focus and has already been used in almost 100 countries. Both companies are increasingly relying on artificial intelligence (AI) for their solutions.
In addition to the digital learning and teaching materials already available, fobizz users can now also seamlessly use to teach's offering to create personalised teaching materials. In addition, interactive exercises from to teach will be available via the fobizz classrooms in the future. There, teachers can use various AI tools in the classroom together with their students in compliance with the GDPR. The plan is to provide teachers with educating materials and prepared lessons based on the educational plans of the individual federal states and on the international curricula of other countries worldwide.
