The senior living operator transfers the design and service mentality from the hotel industry to senior living. lively creates residential quarters in which apartments with common areas and basic services, as well as flexible optional services, are available. The residential quarters are to comprise at least 80 apartments and around 4,000 square meters of floor space. Target markets are cities with a population of 15,000 or more and suburban regions with a focus on the Hamburg metropolitan region, North Rhine-Westphalia and the Rhine-Main region. The first location will open in Gronau in the first quarter of 2024.
lively has already hired three new employees in April in the areas of marketing, project development and operations. With the additional capital, lively will hire additional staff as well as continue to develop digital services and expand locations.
