Events for young people and an open house

The Körber Start-Hub with an area of 500m² defines itself as a place where young people can develop and realise their own ideas. With its offers and programmes, it aims to strengthen the social and entrepreneurial thinking and actions of people under 30 and create an awareness of social challenges. The official launch will take place on 4 December with welcoming speeches by the Senator for Economic Affairs, Dr Melanie Leonhard, and the Chairman of the Körber Foundation, Lothar Dittmer.

The School Days are scheduled for 5 and 6 December. At this event especially for schools, pupils can get to know founders directly and discover the world of social and sustainable entrepreneurship in a fun way. The programme is organised by a number of non-profit initiatives. The "Open House" is on 7 December, when anyone interested in the Körber Start Hub can drop by between 11 am and 7 pm. Admission is free, the address is Kehrwieder 12. Also on 7 December, there will be answers to the question "Give me the good ideas: What do young start-ups need?". Anastasia Barner from FeMentor, Nic Moradi from Schüler-ID and Neil Heninisch from PlayTheHype will talk about the challenges facing young people in the startup scene. Alexandra Antwi-Boasiako will moderate the event and you can register here.
