3 million euros for recalm in series A financing round
The startup recalm develops innovative audio technologies for machine and vehicle cabins to reduce noise pollution. It has now received a total of 3 million euros in a series A financing round.

New production site near Magdeburg, headquarters to remain in Hamburg
Participating in the round areIBG Venture Capital Fund IV, managed by bmp Ventures AG, SymbiaVC, the investment arm of the Barbara Peifer Private Foundation, and the existing investors Silvercrown Capital SE, the VC investment arm of Bernard Krone Holding SE & Co. KG and GREENEERING INVEST AG. The money will enable recalm to set up its own production site in Barleben near Magdeburg (Saxony-Anhalt). In future, purchasing, production and logistics will be bundled there on 800 square metres of hall space.
At the same time, the Hamburg site remains the centre for research and development of ANCOR technology. The patented ANCOR Headrest solution enables improved communication and comfort, including active noise reduction, a convenient hands-free system and a smooth connection to radio systems without interrupting the machine's work cycle. As an extension of the existing product portfolio, the software will be launched as the ANCOR Custom 2026 cab integration solution with leading construction and agricultural machinery manufacturers.
