UtanoLink is searching for an entrepreneurial Co-founder / Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in Hamburg to join our mission to make healthcare for African families radically fairer and more accessible.
We’re building a digital platform that empowers African diaspora (starting with Zimbabwe) to directly sponsor real healthcare for loved ones back home. Through vouchers, verified networks of clinics and pharmacies, and a hybrid payment model, we bring transparency and trust—where remittances too often fall short.
Shape & own the technology vision: Architect our mobile/web platform, lead MVP development, integrate global/local payments, and drive data-driven workflows.
Hands-on build & scale: Code, recruit, and grow our dev team as we move from pilot to scale.
Be a founder: Share in the challenge, vision, and impact of creating something truly transformational.
Experienced full-stack developer, or IT/tech founder with product launch experience.
Passionate about health tech, fintech, or digital inclusion.
Startup mindset: independent, resilient, eager to leave a real mark.
Ideally based in Hamburg or nearby (hybrid/flexible possible).
