Our Alternative Priority (AP) project is a software solution for innovative pricing models in the aviation industry. The pricing strategy of airlines has remained largely unchanged in recent decades. We aim to develop software that gives revenue management more flexibility in pricing and at the same time opens up new ways to measurably increase customer loyalty and satisfaction. In case of a canceled flight, every passenger needs the fastest alternative connection. We aim to offer the option to priority book the seats when the passengers purchase their tickets. It is a form of insurance that guarantees priority booking on the fastest alternative connection.
