For many startups, finding suitable and then affordable office space is a real challenge. The Workspace Funding of nextMedia.Hamburg now even offers free workspaces for startups and founders in the field of content and technology.

nextMedia.Hamburg is moving into a new location in the Speicherstadt, where it offers space for events and work. The Workspace Funding provides the opportunity to work in close proximity to numerous technology-oriented startups and companies from the content sector and to become part of the community. And this is what you get there:
free workspace for six months in the Flex Desk area
free use of the workshop and meeting rooms
drinks and excellent internet
free attendance at numerous events, themed quarters and workshops regularly organized by Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft and its initiatives
possibility to organize your own events
contacts in the media and tech industry, e.g. with publishers, developers, designers, content creators, investors and universities
opportunity to meet decision-makers from the creative and cultural industries, politics, business and research
Startups and founders who are working on a concrete project related to content and technology with digital business models - whether in the early stage or in the expansion phase - can apply for the free workspace in the Flex Desk area of the Space. For example, this includes business models in the area of MediaTech, AdTech, CreativeTech, MusicTech or GamesTech. Applications can be submitted at any time. Applications are selected by a jury on the first Thursday of each month. Applications are accepted or rejected within one week of the jury meeting. In case of acceptance, funding will start as soon as possible (September 1, 2023 at the earliest), depending on available capacities. More information about the Workspace Funding can be found here.
