The Centre for Applied Science and Aeronautics Research (ZAL) is organising the Circular Economy meets Aviation Event on 28 June together with Dassault Systèmes and Drees & Sommer. In three lectures, participants will learn more about the circular economy. The focus of the event is the "Cradle to Cradle" principle (C2C). An approach for a continuous, consistent circular economy with the aim of designing and manufacturing aircraft in such a way that they can be recycled.
Among other things, digital technologies such as the Internet of Things, Big Data and data analysis will be discussed as essential prerequisites for the circular economy.
In addition to presentations on the topic, the agenda also includes a workshop, an idea generation session and a get-together.
