What startups need to know - for the eighth time, the successful Bucerius Gründerkompass Recht is inviting young entrepreneurs to a free half-day workshop on April 30, 2024.
The event will take place from 13-18 h on the premises of Bucerius Law School in Hamburg (Jungiusstraße 6).
The workshop will shed light on the legal challenges that startups face in the various phases of their market launch.
The BUCERIUS Entrepreneurs Club event will provide an overview of the key legal issues for startups in the phases of foundation, growth and a possible crisis through to exit. Each of these four phases will be examined from the perspective of the key legal areas for startups: company law, IP law, tax law and employment law.
The Bucerius Gründerkompass Recht is organized in cooperation with the law firms Dittmar Rechtsanwälte, GRAEF Rechtsanwälte, RUGE FEHSENFELD and RPS Stahmer, which specialize in these four areas of law.
