Product Manager (w/m/d)

We have taken on the task of making returns management in e-commerce sustainable and innovative. Our innovative solution enables online shops to efficiently and directly forward returns to the nearest customer, thus saving significant amounts of CO2 emissions and costs.

We are looking for a Product Manager to support us in identifying potentials and making processes future-proof. You will play a central role in continuously optimizing and developing our products based on customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve processes regarding our SaaS solutions.

  • Understand the needs of our customers and integrate them into our products to align our solution accordingly.

  • Guide the product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch to post-launch analysis.

  • Responsible for creating and planning the product roadmap.

  • Work closely with the development team, marketing, sales, as well as our customers and partners to continuously adapt and optimize our solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proactivity and Engagement: You take initiative, actively contribute, and demonstrate genuine teamwork.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the e-commerce or SaaS sector, highlighting your in-depth understanding of the industry and its challenges.

  • Communication Skills: You have the ability to actively listen and understand the needs of others. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively interact with various stakeholders.

  • Analytical Competence: You possess strong analytical skills that allow you to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.

  • Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills are essential for this position to communicate clearly and effectively internally and externally.

  • Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of e-commerce processes and technologies is advantageous and complements your profile.
