As a Legal Counsel (gn) at vilisto, you will be our legal contact and sparring partner on a wide range of topics. Through your own expertise and the use of external legal resources, you advise the departments as well as the management in various legal disciplines, always maintaining an overview of the legal requirements and legal security. In this way, you play a key role in vilisto's ongoing success story.
What you will do
You will be responsible for adapting our general terms and conditions, contracts with lead and installation partners, and reviewing and negotiating existing framework agreements with customers
You coordinate the communication with law firms and data protection officers for topics that require external support
You assess business risks and potential impacts and use your expertise to advise management and the respective teams on legal matters
You support our sales department in negotiations with our customers when legal issues need to be enforced in an expert and argumentative manner
You develop processes for legal and compliance issues
You check possible legal requirements (occupational safety, compliance, EU regulations, etc.) for our company, which may arise in the course of our growth
What you bring along
You have a relevant degree, e.g. as a fully qualified lawyer, graduate lawyer, or business lawyer
You have first work experience, ideally in a corporate context
You have solid expertise in the legal fields of business and commercial law
However, you also find entrepreneurial solutions through your hands-on mentality
You communicate fluently in German and English
