Place of work: Hamburg or remote
- Digital recording of incoming invoices and maintaining outgoing invoice lists
- Posting of incoming invoices and bank/credit card transactions
- Monitoring the accuracy of our accounts payable
- Cash flow planning and management
- Preparation of group-internal outgoing invoices
- Support with monthly reporting at internal level and notifications in foreign trade transactions
- Support with tax and financial statement audits
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on accounting/finance or comparable degree
- Experience in accounting with at least three years of professional experience
- Basic knowledge of German tax and commercial law
- Knowledge of Excel
- Ideally basic knowledge of IAS and IFRS
- Knowledge of DATEV Kanzlei accounting and Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
