Customer Care & Patient Support Manager (f/m/d)

What you can expect

  • You are the first point of contact for people who want to start therapy at Beavivo

  • You passionately advise interested parties on our offer in an initial information meeting and provide them with answers about the therapy

  • You form the interface between patients and therapists and provide support with administrative tasks relating to the therapy process

  • You undergo individual, well-structured onboarding and always have experienced colleagues at your side to answer questions

  • You are part of a young and appreciative team that exchanges a lot, supports each other and grows together through regular supervision and reflection

  • You contribute new ideas and help to improve our processes and procedures

What you bring to the table

  • You are enthusiastic, empathetic and keen to inspire people interested in therapy with Beavivo

  • You enjoy dealing with people and communicate confidently on the phone

  • You have gained initial experience in (telephone) patient or customer contact

  • You speak German at native speaker level and have a basic knowledge of English

  • You have a completed Bachelor's degree or completed training (in the psychological, health, economic or social field)
