We are looking for a technical Co-Founder (CTO) to build and lead the entire tech foundation of our AI-powered talent and education matching platform. As an early core member, you will own architecture, product development, and AI systems from day one. You will design and implement our matching engine, data pipelines, scoring models, and all user-facing interactions.
