Hamburg Future Conference 2024

The Hamburg Future Conference 2024 connects the most important stakeholders in the knowledge and business metropolis. In this way, outstanding scientific research results can be directly translated into sustainable economic innovations. As the flagship of Hamburg's universities, the University of Hamburg plays an important role in the further development of the knowledge metropolis. Hamburg is an excellent location for science and business, but the international visibility of the Hamburg metropolitan region can only be further strengthened through the co-operation of all social players.

The Universitäts-Gesellschaft Hamburg (UGH) is organising this event in partnership with the University of Hamburg and with the support of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce. Under the title ‘Twin Transformation’, the interaction of the digital transformation and the transformation to a sustainable economy will be discussed. The patron is the first mayor of Hamburg, Dr Peter Tschentscher.
