On 10 September 2024, the Hamburg Insurance Innovation Day will take place for the fifth time at the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce. The following people will give a keynote speech:
Developments in the field of mobility and possible positioning strategies for the insurance industry, Klaus-Jürgen Heitmann, Spokesman of the Board of Management, HUK-COBURG Group
Innovation in an insurance group - balance between core business and future trends, Dr Alexander Bockelmann, Group CTO, Baloise Group
In addition, various innovative companies will present their approaches for the insurance industry in short presentations.
The conference will conclude with a panel discussion on "The future of the insurance business model", which will open with a keynote speech on "What can insurers learn from digital lifestyle brands in the areas of service and customer journey?" by Joséphine Chamoulaud, CEO, Smile Insurance. Evi Popp, Member of the Management Board, neue leben Lebensversicherung AG, Eric Bussert, Member of the Management Board, HanseMerkur Insurance Group and Dirk Weske, Member of the Management Board, PPI AG, will also take part in the panel discussion.
