Student Intern – B2B sales & marketing in Hamburg Startup

We, Lia, Torben, and Jannick, are seeking a driven and proactive student intern to join us in the roles of B2B sales, networking, and marketing. Since January 2022, we have been developing ideas with our clients by methodically examining them, building prototypes, and implementing pilot projects. Our office is situated in the heart of Hamburg, and we are eager to welcome you to our team!

Working with a diverse range of clients from SMEs, startups, and corporates, we explore and validate intriguing hardware innovation potentials. Our work involves testing, iterating, discarding and improving, tinkering, and crafting, which helps us discover potential innovations and how to bring them to life. With our varied customer base, our workday provides an expansive range of tasks, from 3D printing and milling to sales calls and customer visits.

As part of our team, you'll play a key role in networking and marketing initiatives, fostering relationships with current and prospective clients, and contributing to our overall sales efforts.


  • Drive B2B sales by developing and expanding business relationships with clients.

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives.

  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to promote our brand.

  • Conduct market research to inform our sales and marketing strategies.

  • Provide sales support by preparing presentations, proposals, and following up on leads.

  • Manage client interactions and transactions data in our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and devise strategies to meet sales targets.

  • Prepare for and attend client meetings, presenting our products or services.

Qualification / Your Profile

  • Bachelor or master's student with a background in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles.

  • Proactive, with excellent interpersonal and networking skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to also work independently.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Place of residence: Greater Hamburg area (we are also open to discuss remote opportunities).

  • Languages: German and English
