As a Senior Embedded Engineer (gn), you will be part of our technical team and take responsibility for increasing the quality and further development of our embedded software. In this way, you will contribute to our mission, the growth of vilisto and further CO2 savings.

What will you do

  • You further develop our embedded architecture with us

  • You increase the quality of our embedded software

  • You integrate new functions into our thermostats

  • You reduce the power consumption of our devices through software optimisations

  • You share your experience in embedded development with our team and thus contribute to the continuous exchange of knowledge

What you bring along

  • You have experience in embedded software development with C++

  • You have already worked closely with hardware and are not afraid to pick up a soldering iron yourself

  • You are familiar with IoT devices and have experience with radio protocols for sensor networks such as 6LoWPAN

  • One of your strengths is finding efficient solutions in complex software systems

  • You communicate in German or English in our international team

  • You want to work with us to drive climate protection forward

  • Ideally, you have already worked with embedded operating systems such as Riot Os or RTOS and have gained experience with battery-powered devices
