Your Mission

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Toern, you’ll take a big step toward a career in SaaS sales and help us bring our vision to the world. You’ll ensure that even more online shops benefit from our smart solution. Your goal? To attract potential customers, inspire them, and build partnerships. Our founder will support you in turning these leads into paying customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our founder Alena to identify potential customers in fashion and outdoor e-commerce.

  • Trial and error: Use creativity to engage the right contacts and spark their interest.

  • Actively build relationships with decision-makers through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email, phone, and trade fairs), continuously expanding both our network – and your own! Your future self will thank you!

  • Keep track of your lead funnel and log activities in our CRM (Hubspot).

  • Ensure leads are so impressed from the start that they’re eager to work with Toern.

  • Provide valuable feedback from customer conversations to our product team to continuously optimize our solution.
